Bay City Electric Light & Power residential customers can apply for a holiday light rebate by filling out the form below. Customers can receive a $5.00 rebate per strand of LED holiday lights purchased October 15 - December 31, 2023. Limit 10 strands. Rebate value cannot exceed purchase price and will be capped accordingly.

This offer is valid for BCELP residential customers and products must be installed in BCELP’s service territory. The BCELP Residential Rebate application cannot be processed unless all of the appropriate fields are complete. Rebates are paid on a first-come, first-serve basis. All rebate payments for approved applications are subject to the availability of program funds. This application is only valid for purchases made between October 15 and December 31, 2023 must be submitted to the program office or postmarked by January 6, 2024. Rebates will be credited to the electric account of the installed address within 4-6 weeks from the time your completed application is received by BCELP. Incomplete applications can result in delayed or denied payment. Total rebate value cannot exceed the purchase price (before tax) and will be capped accordingly.
