Air Purifiers, Dehumidifiers, Freezers, Compact Freezers, Refrigerators, Room Air Conditioners, and Pool Pumps must be ENERGY STAR certified.
Refrigerators must be 10 cubic feet or larger.

This offer is only valid for Bay City Electric Light & Power (BCELP) residential customers and products must be installed in BCELP’s service territory. The BCELP Residential Rebate Application cannot be processed unless all of the appropriate fields in this application are complete. Rebates are paid on a first-come, first-serve basis. All rebate payments for approved applications are subject to the availability of program funds. This application is only valid for purchases made between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. All applications must be submitted to the program office or postmarked by December 31, 2021. Purchases made between December 23, 2022 and December 31, 2022 - determined by the invoice/receipt date - must be submitted to the program office or postmarked by January 5, 2023. Rebates will be credited to the electric account of the installation address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your rebate to be credited to your utility bill from the time your completed application is received by BCELP. Incomplete applications will result in a delayed or denied rebate. Total rebate value cannot exceed the purchase price (before tax) and will be capped accordingly.
